Purchasing a Terminal

Merchants based in Singapore & Malaysia can conveniently order a terminal directly from the HitPay Online Store which will be fulfilled directly by our HitPay team. Merchants in other countries can order from the dashboard. The terminals ordered from the HitPay dashboard will be fulfilled by our payment provider, Stripe.
To access Terminal Orders on HitPay Dashboard you can go to Point of Sale > Terminal > Shop Terminals

Important Information Regarding Terminal Orders and Usage

  1. Terminals will only work with verified HitPay account with activated Card payment method
  • Please ensure your HitPay business account is fully set up before placing a terminal order. The HitPay team also strongly recommends using your registered email address when placing a terminal order as we conduct account check for each order. Failure to use your registered email address may result to longer fulfillment time for your order.
  1. Terminal orders, once shipped, are nonrefundable
  • Terminal orders are nonrefundable once shipped. HitPay Merchants must ensure that all account requirements are met before placing an order. Refund requests due to account issues, unfortunately, cannot be entertained.

HitPay Terminals support Visa, Mastercard, and American Express cards. In addition, mobile wallets such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, and Fitbit Pay are also supported on HitPay Terminal.
The terminal is only able to accept payments in your default home currency. This means that if for example you are a Singapore-registered merchant, the terminal will only work in SGD just as how only MYR will work for Malaysia-registered merchants. If you wish to charge in foreign currencies, you can log in to the HitPay app and use the manual Key in Card details from the payment options to accept in-person payments in over 30 global currencies.
HitPay offers a one-year warranty on its Terminal Products from the purchase date. If it's faulty within a year and you return it as directed, we may fix, replace, or refund you. This warranty only covers proper use and undamaged items. It's non-transferable. For warranty issues, contact us with the device's serial number and problem description at support@hit-pay.com.
